ordering by `phone 365 days a year? No problem! you'd like that dress within 24 hours? We'll burn the midnight oil to get it to you.

The dress will be packaged at our state-of-the art logistics center, and, like 16 million other packages a year, it'll be sent in a recyclable box to one of 64 Hermes depots nationwide. The goods are delivered to the customer's home or office the very next morning by a Hermes driver, who will also pick the goods up within the following 14 days at the customer's request - no matter what the reason.
